The CBAM reporting process can be time-consuming for companies due to repetitive data entry, especially on a quarterly basis. How Do We Transfer Previous Quarter Data to the New Period?
On the main page of CimpactPro, all reports, including those in draft form, are presented as a "card" in an easily manageable structure. The steps to transfer the previous period's data to a new report are quite simple:
- Select Report: Click on the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner of the report card for the period you want to transfer.
- Copy and Rename: Select "Copy Report" from the drop-down menu and set a new name for your new report.
- Revise Data: This will automatically transfer all the content of the previous report into your new report draft. Now all you need to do is go to the relevant sections in the "Report Wizard" and update only the changed data.
Thanks to this method, it takes about 5 minutes to create a new quarterly report, as long as your data is "ready to use".
How Does the System Guarantee Data Accuracy?
